Sponsorship Opportunities 

Sponsorship is a great way to maximize your exposure during this Annual Convention. Whether you choose to sponsor an education program, a speaker or an event, you can select the level of sponsorship to fit your budget.

PRESENTING SPONSOR WITH LANYARDS & TOTE BAGS/PORTFOLIO FOLDERS – $12,500

As the Presenting Sponsor, your company stands at the pinnacle of prominence and will benefit from many high-profile opportunities – most of them exclusive to your company — in front of all program attendees. For example, your brand has signage exclusively in the Main Stage area and is dominant in all printed materials. 

What’s Included:

  • Round high-top table exhibit space with priority placement in exhibitor foyer (One personnel included)
  • Your company’s name is exclusively in the event title. This conference is “presented” by your company. 
  • Your logo is exclusively on the cover of conference program. 
  • Your logo as the Presenting Sponsor is exclusively displayed in the Main Stage area. 
  • Your sponsorship is recognized at the Wednesday and Thursday morning keynotes.  
  • You get an exclusive two-minute speaking opportunity during the Welcome Remarks on both Wednesday and Thursday morning.  
  • Your company logo and link will be listed on HHAC’s website for one year. 
  • You’ll receive an advance copy of the attendee list (name/company/mailing address) via email.

  • Lanyards (which you provide) will be offered to all attendees and will exclusively carry your branding. 
  • Your tote bags or your portfolio folders (which you provide) will be offered to all attendees and will exclusively carry your branding.

TUESDAY “HAPPIEST HOUR” RECEPTION SPONSOR – $3,000

Your company is the exclusive sponsor of this party in a private hour in the spectacular new Great Divide Brewery three floors down from the Conference Center at RidgeGate.  

What’s Included:

  • Round high-top table exhibit space in trade show hall (One personnel included)
  • Your logo or signage will be displayed exclusively at the entrance to the party and on directional signs. 
  • Your sponsorship is recognized at the start of the party.
  • Imprinted napkins with sponsor logo, or food items featuring your logo. 
  • Recognition of Happiest Hour Sponsor in onsite conference materials and program. 
  • Listing as an exhibitor and sponsor in the conference program. 
  • Attendee list (name/company/mailing address) included in registration packet at conference. 
  • Option of including company marketing materials in registration packets. 
  • Listed on the Sponsor/Exhibitor page of the association website for one year.

Exhibit Only Information

All exhibit tables include a round high-top table with director chair with ONE table personnel (floor or table-top retractable signs only please). You may purchase additional table personnel. Personnel registrations include meals but do NOT include registration to conference education. 

Also Included: 

  • Listing as an exhibitor in the conference program. 
  • Attendee list (name/company/mailing address for those who have opted-in) included in registration packet at conference 
  • Listed on the Sponsor/Exhibitor page of the HHAC’s website for one year.

Exhibitor Booth Rates:

  • Two-Day Exhibition
    • HHAC Members — $1,200
    • Non-Members — $1,800
  • One-Day Exhibition
    • HHAC Members — $800
    • Non-Members — $1,200

Additional booth personnel:

  • HHAC Member company: $150
  • Non-member company: $300

Marketing Collateral

As an additional opportunity, a printed marketing collateral item such as a brochure, pamphlet, flyer, etc., can be placed in each attendee’s registration packet. A fee of $350 is charged for participation in this distribution program. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide the needed number of copies. The vendor must ship the inserts directly to the HHAC office. Inserts must arrive at the HHAC office no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2025. Exhibitors are responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with these inserts. Unused materials will not be returned.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to the Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado at PO Box 3406, Englewood, CO 80155 or via email info@homecarehospicecolorado.org. A confirmation of receipt will be sent in response to all cancellations. Cancellations will be refunded as follows:

On or After April 17, 2025/No-ShowsNo Refunds and the Conference Reserves the right to resell the space

If an exhibitor fails to pay when due any sum required by the Contract, or fails to perform any other term or condition of the Contract, or fails to observe and abide by these guidelines, HHAC reserves the right to terminate the Contract immediately without refund of any monies paid.

If space is sold out, a waiting list will be developed in the order of requests received.
