Exhibiting Opportunities

The 2025 HHAC Annual Conference will feature a dynamic exhibit area that is located in the center of the conference activity. The exhibit tables include one round, skirted, high-top table with a director chair (floor or table-top retractable signs may be used).

Each exhibit table includes ONE complimentary exhibitor personnel registration. This includes access to the conference exhibit area, all conference meals and the reception. Additional exhibitor personnel registrations may be purchased for $150 for HHAC members, and $350 for non-HHAC members. Those exhibitors planning to attend conference educational sessions should register for the full conference.

Your exhibit registration includes:

  • Listing as an exhibitor in the conference program. 
  • Conference registration list for those who have opted-in to having their contact information shared
  • Listing on the Sponsor/Exhibitor page of the HHAC website for one year.

Exhibit Table Rates:

  • Full Conference – Exhibit table for both Tuesday and Wednesday
    • HHAC Members — $1,200
    • Non-Members — $1,800
  • One Day – Exhibit table on either Tuesday or Wednesday
    • HHAC Members — $800
    • Non-Members — $1,200

Opportunity To Place Your Materials in Attendees’ Registration Packets

HHAC will include your brochure, pamphlet, flyer, etc., in each attendee’s registration packet for a fee of $450. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide 250 copies of their materials to HHAC in advance. The printed materials should fit inside a standard 8.5 x 11 conference folder. The vendor must ship the materials directly to the HHAC office: C/O Civica Management – HHAC Conference – 7173 S. Havana Street, Suite 600-289, Centennial, CO 80112. Inserts must arrive at the HHAC office no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2025. Exhibitors are responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with these inserts. Unused materials will not be returned.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations of sponsorships and/or exhibits must be submitted in writing to the Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado via email to info@homecarehospicecolorado.org. A confirmation of receipt will be sent in response to all cancellations. Cancellations will be refunded as follows:
